THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASE
For our Larger Items:
Once we have received your order we will contact you the next working day to arrange your delivery. Our delivery will be to kerb-side only unless otherwise agreed and will arrive on a pallet still in its original packaging. You will be responsible for moving the item from the delivery point to its required destination inside or outside your home. You will also be responsible for disposing of the pallet and packaging unless otherwise agreed. We always aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days from the point of order.
For our smaller items:
Your item will be delivered by DPD/XDP and they will provide you with details via text (providing you have supplied a mobile number) should the day/time be inconvenient you can re-arrange by replying to the provided message.
AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to amend your order this must be done before it leaves our warehouse – once items have been shipped it will not be possible to make any changes.
If our driver arrives at the destination and is unable to make the delivery at the agreed time you may be required to pay a delivery recharge of £50.00. Re-deliveries will not take place until the fees have been paid.
Please check all of the cartons on arrival and sign as damaged if any damage is present – if in the unlikely event that the items is faulty when it is unpacked please notify us immediately including as many details as possible and photographs where applicable. We will happily arrange a replacement where available or a full refund via your original payment method if the item is sold out.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you wish to return the goods for up to 14 days after your delivery has been made it is your responsibility to ship the goods back to us at our warehouse in Shropshire. Goods must be in a saleable condition with the original packaging and must arrive no later than 14 days after the first communication. In all circumstances please email email@example.com in the first instance.
